› Eagle Header tubes are made from stainless steel using lastest german tube forming and bending machines. The process of using different diameters ensures, that the header design develops the ultimate gas flow, while reducing tubulence of the gases. Therfore the tubes are “free flaoting” and are attached using the comfortable Quick Access Spring system. Stress on the material due to engine vibration is reduced therefore to a minimum.

Bolt-on Series
A beautiful result with a simple
procedure. It just bolts right on!
The Eagle Bolt-on systems include only the muffler. Thus, only
the stock muffler is replaced, while the header assembly from
the stock exhaust system remains unchanged.
It is intended for the customer who does not wish to make major
mechanical alterations to the bike itself, but chiefly desires
an improved aesthetic effect. The Bolt-on system is the perfect
choice for such customers! In addition to a noticeable change
in the exterior appearance of the bike, you get the characteristic
lowered sound, lighter weight and improved power and torque
curves in comparison to the restrictive stock muffler.
We produce Bolt-on systems for bikes whose stock exhaust is
constructed so that the muffler can be replaced simply by andoing
the bolts on the front rosette. The basically simple Bolt-on
system makes use of this advantage; there is no need for special
tools, you just attach it to the stock header assembly. There
is also no need to modify any exterior parts. Each system is
specially developed for each individual model of motorcycle,
so the systems are not interchangeable. Also due to the construction
of the stock exhausts, they are designed as equivalents to the
Slip-on system.
The Bolt-on system was also designed to be cost-effective, in
order to deliver a modest increase in performance, superior
quality, aesthetic pleasure and an instantly recognizable sound.
And it carries the word-famous Eagle brand name!
